Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer a refund or exchange for the full value of the goods- we are good like that! Providing the products are returned to us unopened and in good condition within 30 days of purchase and you provide us with your Order Reference Number.
Returns
Incorrect items, damaged or defective items.
Sometimes mistakes happen so if you want to return an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, you will receive a refund including the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (by refunding your return postage costs.)
We will also refund the cost of gift-wrapping where applicable.
KMI Brands monitor all items which we receive back as we always aim to achieve the highest levels of product quality. In the event there is no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unles they are faulty.
We aim to handle your returns order within 14 working days of your claim.
If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs for delivery and return of the goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days. This is the law for customers located in the European Union.
If you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you.
If you use the freepost service for the return during the seven day coling-off period then we will deduct the return postage from your overall refund.
We will not refund the cost of gift-wrapping.
We aim to handle your cancellation within seven working days of your claim.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
