I can't find the item I am looking for....

Please let us know if there is an item that you are looking for that you can't seem to find, it could be that the item is out of stock or sadly discontinued (it doesn't happen very often don't worry) - we have so many wonderful products that it can be easy to miss the one you want to buy. We are here to help so please don't be shy!

I haven't received all of my order.

We are really sorry - there is no excuse for this and I'm sure there's a very good reason, but sometimes accidents do happen.

•   Check your confirmation email to see if all items were ordered.
•   Check the paperwork included in your parcel as in some cases, items may be despatched separately and may not be delivered
    at the same time.
•   Remove all packaging in your parcel to confirm the item isn't hidden.
•   If the item is definitely missing please contact us and we will look into this for you immediately.

When will an item be back in stock?

If the item you wish to buy is out of stock – please forgive us- sometimes these things happen. We don't make promises that we can't keep and most items are back in stock within two weeks- please do keep checking the website for any updates.

Where is my order?

•   Orders are delivered by Royal Mail in 3-5 working days depending on the type of Postage Service you have chosen and paid for.
•   For Next Day Delivery you are guaranteed a next day delivery for orders placed by 12 noon Monday - Friday.
•   If you haven't received your order when you should have please let us know asap and we will look into this immediately for you.
    A problem shared is a problem halved - we are here to help.

Where is my refund?

If you've returned an item or have cancelled your order (tissues at the ready) and you are expecting a refund please allow up to 14 days for payment to be processed and to be refunded back onto your card .

We hope you will visit our website again soon. If you would like to give us any feedback on KMIClub we would welcome it with open arms (were all friends here) - all customer comments are appreciated and passed onto the team and taken on board.

I have sensitive skin - can I use your products?

Have you tried our Naked Products?! All the products in the Naked range are at least 97% natural and are formulated to be extremely gentle even for the most sensitive skin - your skin is priority so we make sure that we fill our products with the best ingredients for you. However we are all sensible peeps and like to do things properly so if you are a little worried please do a patch test on your wrist or behind your ear, prior to using any of our products for the first time. For your precious babies and little ones try products from the Little Me Organics range on their skin - tenderly massage Sleepy Head Body Cream after bathing to help them drift off after bath time, or enjoy fun times with them by using the Yipeee Playtime Bath Bubbles!

I'm Pregnant and worried about using your products - are they safe to use?

Firstly Congrats- great news and good luck on your exciting journey. Please be rest assured that most of our skincare products are safe to use during pregnancy- but do always seek medical advice from your GP or midwife just to be on the safe side. For during pregnancy use the fabulous Mum To Be Range from Little Me Organics, which will make you look and feel fabulous from head to toe during those special 9 months! After your pregnancy use the following from the Naked range: Spoil Me Naked - Coco de Mer Bath Foam for when you have a spare 30mins to pamper yourself... followed by 24 Hour Naked - Coco de Mer Body to keep dry skin at bay and turn you into a yummy mummy.
