Scaly Skin? No problem

Moisturiser. Its one of the products I would try and sneak onto a desert island. Saying that, I ended up loaning out my beloved moisturiser to someone last weekend who appeared to have a bit of a rash, due to too much time in the hot tub. Anyway I digress, I have been moisturiser-less for the past week, and the old legs are beginning to resemble a snakes skin. Nice! My normal beauty routine has been totally disrupted.

Now you could all say, "well why don't you go and get some more" but for me its not as simple as that. I love to scour the internet for amazing products, some that will smell amazing, some that will deeply moisturise and some which are made from natural ingredients. And then there is the question of the price.

Yes I may sound like a scrooge, and if I was a millionaire price would be no problem, but I'm not, so I'm being particularly savvy with my money at the moment.

Then there is the question of choice, should I go for a body butter, or a balm, should I try lotion or spray. There are so many moisturising products on the market at the moment, it can drive a girl crazy trying to decide.

I also have an odd little quirk that it's nice to try something different so I have narrowed down my list to the following and the reasons why:

1) 24-Hour Naked Coco De Mer- Its rich, its moisturising and its won and award, and if that isn't enough to sway you, its 97% natural. So feeling good all round

2) Orla Kiely Body Cream-gorgeous and designer, this is a real pampering treat!

3) Dead Sea Source Detox Body Butter with seaweed- smells amazing, moisturises AND drags all those nasty toxins out of your skin.

Luckily I've managed to get the list down to three. Who would have thought buying moisturiser was this challenging! I must purchase one of the three otherwise I will be shedding my skin in no time!
