Fundraising for a great cause!

Here at KMI Club we always do our best to help out...from internal fundraising to local charity work and getting involved in community events. Recently KMI Club donated some products to the Mark Thatcher fundraising event to help raise funds for a young man of 42 who suffers from progressive Multiple Sclerosis and is currently unable to work and support his four young children.  After under going many tests and trials he has been accepted for an operation called Liberation treatment - surgery which unblocks the veins in the neck and gives sufferers relief from further MS attacks.  This treatment is not available on the NHS and costs in the region of £10,000. To help raise some of the money a 7 aside football tournament and evening disco took place recently in Wembley.  Kmi Club donated some prizes for the raffle and all in all a grand total of £8,928 was raised on the night!
