Flustered for the Festive season

Like most working women, it's difficult to find time to actually go shopping and get the Christmas present buying started, thank goodness for Internet shopping, but it can sometimes feel like you never leave the office or house. With that in mind I ventured out to the shops this weekend with a mental list of presents and some bits and bobs I needed for myself.
It started off well, wore comfortable yet fashionable clothes so I could try on some fabulous party dresses, but that soon got scrapped as I had to queue for the fitting rooms and started to get a little hot changing clothes all the time, ah well maybe I could get something on-line.
Then I moved onto beauty products. I spent ages looking at the massive range of natural products, designer products and must have looked a bit strange as I walked round and round a display, trying to decide what to purchase and thinking, would mum like some hand cream for Christmas. Finally I made my decision, a gorgeous rich hand cream for my mother and a natural face scrub for me, of course, one present for someone else, one present for me, thats how I like it, plus I got a free gift which would make a perfect little present for someone else, now thats two presents, I need to buy something else for me.
Moisturiser, I had totally lost my beauty routine, so opted again for a natural Shea Butter moisturiser which I could lather onto my skin and return it to it's former glory.
Finally I had to buy a new bra. I hate bra shopping. But with gusto I entered the department store and grabbed a load. Some were too tight, some just looked awful, and finally I found one. Whilst looking at myself in the changing room mirror and the new bra, I could see some real lumps and bumps, I really don't enjoy the lighting and mirrors in changing rooms. Whats this? Stretch marks! Marvellous. Reminder to self- purchase some stretch mark cream.
I left town after 3 hours, slightly frustrated, but with some lovely products for myself and of course a couple of Christmas presents. I might actually resort to buying things on-line again, so much less stressful!
