Detox after Christmas

Have you had your fill of Turkey, chocolate and alcohol, you maybe noticing the effects not only on your head and waistline but on your skin.
Before the New Year sets in, now is the perfect time to have a little detox.
The Keep Me Inspired team have the perfect solutions.
First think about what you're eating and drinking, water is the key as well as natural products such as fruit and veg. When eating veg try and steam the veg to keep all the nutrients.
Water should be up to 2 pints a day, too much can cause the swelling of the cells.
Exercise should be simple if you're not used to raising your heart rate. Get yourself out for a good brisk winter walks!!
Finally think about your skin. Water should improve the look and feel of dehydrated skin but you can help draw out the toxins in your skin with some dead sea bath salts.
Its a great break to clean out the body and prepare yourself for the New Year!!
