Autumn Beauty

October is now upon us and this means all the summer clothes are back in the loft and snuggly jumpers and boots are making an appearance! Well actually this week we have been lucky to have record breaking hot weather for this time of year, but we have an inkling this will all change very shortly! Wow...how quick is this year flying?! Skin can also make a change as we approach Autumn. Your face may start to feel tight and dry. The glow of summer is long gone and the cooler chill can make skin red and sensitive.  Nails are prone to flake and break more easily due to lack of Vitamin D and your general energy levels may start to slump as the darker nights close in.  Help is at hand with our resident In-House Make Up Artist Anthea Abela who will get you bouncing into Autumn with vitality, and looking and feeling faboulous!

6. L'Oreal Paris Reist & Shine Titanium Nail Polish Shade No.504 £6.19 available from high street chemists nationwide. This hardwearing Nailpolish is a great colour for Autumn and contains Cermaide R which reinforces and protects nails.

- Power Pouts: Think strong lips for the winter and keep your eye-makeup natural.
- Smokey Eyes: A huge hit on models on the catwalk this season.
